With an extensive background in human resources and talent acquisition, Karen has successfully supported iconic names like Sotheby’s, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Macy’s demonstrating her expertise in senior leadership roles. Her forward-thinking approach ensures that she remains in tune with modern industry trends while effectively driving talent strategies for well regraded organizations.

At KMKnyc Karen has worked with an extensive client list within varied industries including fashion, retail, advertising, media, beauty, architecture, textiles, private equity, and early-stage venture capital firms focusing on direct-to-consumer and Ecommerce companies creating modern luxury products.

As a native New Yorker, Karen draws her inspiration and drive from the vibrant hustle and bustle the city generates daily. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Art History from Fordham University in The Bronx, NY.
